To make this event easy as possible, we will gladly accept your order via E-mail, telephone, by letter or in person. We accept payment in U.S funds only, and by personal or company check, U.S Postal Service money order, Western Union, Walmart Money Gram or PayPal should you desire to use a credit card. All funds must be received at Hollow Tree Kennel at least 10 business days prior to shipping, Thank you. Please make sure you have read the Purchase Contract in its entirety and, if you need clarifications of anything therein please contact us and or your attorney, as this is a legal and binding contract entered into willfully and without coercion. After you have read and completed the contract, mail it to us along with the correct amount of payment. Upon receipt of such, we will confirm receipt by email or phone. Once this is in place, we will arrange transportation for your puppy and keep you well informed as to shipping arrangements and how your puppy is doing until shipping time. We want to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing Hollow Tree Kennel to place a new puppy with you and to encourage you to contact us if you have questions or concerns about the "baby", as well as to let us hear from you to let us know how your new baby is getting along. We also like to look at pictures of all of you from time to time, so please don't be reluctant to keep in touch. |
